01. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to tays365, an English-language online gaming platform operated for and serving Filipino players across the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and tays365 with respect to your use of the tays365 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, payment facilities, and any other services offered under the tays365 brand.

Providing false registration details is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

tays365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable law or PAGCOR compliance obligations. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold one (1) account on tays365 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. tays365 uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts other than the first registered account will be closed and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tays365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tays365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify tays365 support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised. tays365 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tays365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tays365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Crypto deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to your tays365 wallet.

Deposits are generally credited to your tays365 account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions. tays365 does not impose fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable identity verification checks.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. tays365 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• tays365 may request additional documentation to satisfy AML obligations before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Average withdrawal processing time is less than 30 minutes for GCash and Maya transactions during business hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

tays365 reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

tays365 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will prevail only with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all tays365 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a tays365 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met.

06. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tays365 — including slots, live casino titles, bingo, fishing games, sports betting markets, and the Money Wheel — operate according to their individual game rules published within each game interface or game provider documentation. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

All slot and table game outcomes on tays365 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited and verified. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulable by tays365 or any player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as certified by the relevant game provider.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the round in question may be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's tays365 wallet. tays365 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

07. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tays365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or personal information to register or operate a tays365 account.
• Money Laundering: Using tays365 deposits and withdrawals to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity. tays365 has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in any related investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on tays365, including sharing hole cards in poker-format games or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to place wagers on tays365 without genuine manual player input.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or exploit in the tays365 platform or any game to generate winnings beyond normal gameplay parameters. Any such winnings will be voided.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing illegitimate payment chargebacks with a bank or e-wallet provider after depositing and wagering funds on tays365. tays365 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and will suspend accounts pending resolution.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using tays365 while under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting a person under 21 to access the platform.
• Self-Exclusion Circumvention: Registering a new account or using another person's account after having been self-excluded or suspended from tays365.

08. Intellectual Property

All content on the tays365 platform — including but not limited to the tays365 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of tays365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tays365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any tays365 content without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of tays365 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

09. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall tays365's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of prohibited software.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• A player has registered as self-excluded and attempts to access the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion that continued account operation poses a risk to tays365, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, tays365 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed to be the result of legitimate gameplay with no associated breach, tays365 will endeavor to return the legitimate portion to the player through a verified payment method.

Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and tays365 arising from or in connection with your use of the tays365 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, tays365's game logs and server records shall constitute the primary source of evidence. In the case of live casino games, studio footage maintained by the game provider may also be reviewed as part of the dispute investigation process.

14. Amendments to These Terms

tays365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tays365 will notify registered players via email to the address on file, by posting a notice on the tays365 platform, or both. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
